If your purchase was made within the iOS App Store or Google Play Store you will have to cancel it within your iCloud account or Google Play account. If you are still being charged and are unsure how to cancel, contact us at help@nonotes.com.

Every NoNotes user starts with 20 minutes of call recording for free. Need more? For quality call recording and transcription services, at prices that fit your budget, we offer two convenient plans:

Can I still use NoNotes if I don’t want to sign up for a subscription?

Yes! Every user that signs up starts with 20 minutes for free.

The NoNotes platform is designed to call from anywhere to anywhere. All calls are the same cost, anywhere in the world. Calls using NoNotes are incoming from a toll-free number, and we do not charge extra for international calls on our end.

There are a number of reasons an automated payment can fail. Please contact us at help@nonotes.com for more information about your transaction.

Log in at www.nonotes.com and go to Account hub > Invoices to view your online purchases

Any purchased ProTranscription credit should display on your dashboard. Please contact us at help@nonotes.com to ensure your payment was applied.

Download & Share

To download your recording, log into your account at www.nonotes.com.
Select Recordings > your recording > Download to receive the Mp3 file.

To download your transcript, log into your account at www.nonotes.com.
Select Recordings > your recording > Get Transcript to receive the Microsoft Word document.

Log into your account on the NoNotes.com app or on the website.
Click on the recording you want to share and select the share button to send.
Please note this provides a share link only, not a downloadable version of the audio file.

There may be an outstanding issue with the owner account. Please encourage the owner of the recording to contact help@nonotes.com.

No. Your share link brings them to a page where they can play the recording without signing up.

Transcription

RoboTranscribe is included in our Monthly Unlimited ($10) and Yearly Unlimited ($96) plans. You can order it when placing your call in the App using Record and Transcribe, and selecting the Robo option.

*ProTranscribe is $0.75/min of audio. We do not charge by how long it takes to transcribe.

Click on the recording and select Transcribe this! You can also upload the Mp3 audio file of the NoNotes call again, and submit using the Upload Recording for Pro section.

I accidentally submitted a file using Record and Transcribe, but I don’t want it transcribed.

What do I do?
Please contact us at help@nonotes.com to cancel. If the call was one minute or less, it will automatically be excluded from the transcription order.

Contact us as soon as possible at help@nonotes.com to determine if the job can be cancelled. Please note this cannot always be done —the sooner you contact us, the more likely we can help!

No. Your purchase will remain in your account until used, so go ahead and stock up!

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us at help@nonotes.com and we will have an agent review your transcript. We can also issue a credit in some cases.

Log into your account at www.nonotes.com and go to Recordings. If you see “Transcribing” as the file status, your file was submitted successfully and we are working on it.

Contact us at help@nonotes.com and we will adjust the recording so you are only charged for the parts you need.

If you need to purchase a few extra minutes instead of buying a block of time, contact us at help@nonotes.com. You can also buy one hour of additional time, and the leftover time will not expire until you use it.

Security & Storage

The files are stored in AWS (Amazon Web Services) located in the USA

Very secure. We protect your privacy using 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Our passwords are double-hashed and only internal NoNotes staff have access when transcription permission is granted. All our servers are located in a class-A facility with climate control, retinal scan access and around-the-clock security.

You can remove a phone number by logging into your account at www.nonotes.com and selecting Account hub > Manage Numbers.

Please contact us at help@nonotes.com if you want to have your account permanently removed.

To effortlessly import your phone numbers the NoNotes app requires permission to access your contact list. If you prefer not to allow permission, you can also manually type the number you wish to call.

There is no limit, record as much as needed!

We cannot guarantee file storage for anything over one year from the date you signed up. We encourage you to download your audio files and transcripts for your own records by logging into your account at www.nonotes.com, and selecting Recordings > your recording > Download Mp3.

Contact us at help@nonotes.com if you wish to have your recordings destroyed forever. Please note, this action is not recoverable.

All of our transcriptionists have signed confidentiality agreements as part of their employment contracts. We activate a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or we can sign any NDA you wish to put in place. We are also happy to sign any additional legal information you might have.

No. NoNotes does not announce the recording line.

It will appear as if you are calling them directly from whatever phone number you have registered with us. NoNotes does not change the display of the call on their end.

Calling into a conference using NoNotes works just like a normal call. Dial into the call by entering the conference phone number in the NoNotes app and enter any passwords / log in information required to complete the call.
