Ending your Monthly subscription

Subscribers may terminate their monthly subscription to at any time by logging in to and following these steps:

  1. Select “My Account”
  2. Select “Manage Profile”
  3. Select YES to “Would you like to Deactivate your Account?”

Subscribers may also email and request to cancel their subscription at anytime.

Any cancellation of your subscription will be effective once receives a user deactivation or an email request. From this point forward, users will not be charged any additional recurring monthly payments. We will not refund any payments taken on or before the effective cancellation date. Failed transactions

Please ensure that your payment credit card details are kept up to date. Subscribers can update their personal account information visiting or by emailing us at Please note that subscribers will be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be processed during the period when their credit card information was out-of-date (unless a subscription cancellation message had been received).

We will automatically bill you from the date you convert to a Monthly Subscription Account and on each periodic renewal until cancellation. You may cancel your NoNotes Monthly Subscription at any time but you won’t be issued a refund.

Your Monthly Subscription Account will remain in effect until it’s cancelled or terminated under these Terms. If you don’t pay for your Monthly Subscription account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it.

We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with your account.
